Junk Removal and Property Clearance

Make room again for what you need!
Accumulated junk and unused furniture take up valuable space. When it's time to declutter, we'll help you remove, load, and haul away the items you've selected.
You can contact us before a move or renovation, or when clearing out a room. We'll discuss the scope of work based on the volume of items and on-site conditions.
Junk Removal and Haul-Away
We assist with the removal of items that have accumulated over time, from carrying them out to loading them onto the truck. We discuss in advance which items to keep and which to remove so that the task is clear.
Apartment Clear-Out
Whether you're renovating, moving, or preparing to hand over a property, you can contact us to clear out a single room or the entire apartment. In addition to the volume of furniture and household items, we'll also discuss the layout of the stairwell and elevator.
Clearing Out Single-Family Homes and Vacation Homes
We can review the items accumulated in living spaces, utility rooms, and storage areas as part of a work plan. This way, the clearing-out process can cover multiple areas of the house in the agreed-upon order.
Estate Clearance and Removal
Settling an estate requires special attention. We coordinate the removal, loading, and transport of furniture and items designated by the next of kin. Documents, personal mementos, and valuables to be kept must be set aside separately before work begins. The clearance does not involve the purchase of the estate or a valuation of its contents.
Basement Clear-Out
Old boxes, shelves, and unused furniture can take up the entire space in a basement. We assess the size of the entrance, the width of the passageways, and the removal route, then coordinate which items are to be hauled away.
Attic Cleanout
Removing items from the attic is often more difficult than putting them there in the first place. We'll discuss the cleanout based on accessibility, the stairs or ramp, and the size of the items.
Garage, Storage Unit, and Outbuilding Cleanout
If your garage or storage area is barely usable anymore, we'll help you remove the agreed-upon unwanted items. Please let us know in advance the types of items on the shelves and in the space.
Old Furniture Removal
You can also contact us to have sofas, wardrobes, beds, mattresses, tables, chairs, or dressers removed. We'll coordinate loading and any necessary disassembly based on the dimensions, weight, and removal route.
Removal of Smaller Quantities of Junk
You don't need to clear out an entire property for a single request. You can request a quote even for a few pieces of furniture or a small amount of junk; we'll discuss the terms of the job based on the location and quantity.
Clearing Out Before a Move, Sale, or Renovation
It's a good idea to sort out what will go to your new place and what you no longer need. We can coordinate the removal schedule to align with your move or the next phase of the project.
Clearing out offices, retail spaces, and warehouses
You can also contact us regarding the removal of office furniture, desks, chairs, shelves, and fixtures. We'll clarify in advance the access requirements, loading options, and when the work can be carried out without disrupting the property's operations.
We also coordinate the items to be hauled away
It's a good idea to specify furniture, junk, and items requiring special handling when requesting a quote. We clarify the options for pickup and hauling once we know the type of items involved.
We also help with loading
You don't have to move heavy furniture on your own. When requesting a quote, please indicate from which room and floor the items need to be removed, and whether disassembly is required. This allows us to assess the assistance needed for the job.
What should you prepare?
Clearly mark what is to be left behind and what is to be moved. Set aside personal documents, valuables, and items you wish to keep. Send photos of larger or difficult-to-move items.
Request a free quote!
Please specify the city, the items to be hauled, and the loading conditions.
