What determines the cost of the job?
To provide an accurate quote, we need to know the details of the task and the on-site conditions. The price is influenced by the following factors, among others:
- the type and scope of the work to be performed;
- the type and quantity of material to be hauled away;
- the loading location, the floor level, and whether an elevator is available;
- the distance between the vehicle and the loading site;
- any necessary demolition, disassembly, or other preparatory work;
- the distance to the site and the number of trips required.

Do you also handle packing and loading?
Yes, we handle both packing and loading. Please let us know in advance where the items need to be picked up from, whether there are stairs or an elevator, and where the vehicle can park.
Can I request a quote based on photos?
Yes. Please email us the photos, the name of the town, and a brief description of the job. If we need additional information or an on-site assessment based on this, we'll coordinate with you.
When can you schedule an appointment?
The appointment date depends on the location, the scope of the work, and our current availability. It's best to indicate your preferred date when you first contact us.
Can I request weekend work?
Yes, please specify the desired day when requesting a quote. We'll discuss the possibility and conditions of weekend work separately.
